Including Research IT in your Grant Applications

Did you know that the correct costs for Research IT services have to be included in your research grant application before you submit? These services and costs are highly dependent on the nature of your research so it’s important that you get them right. Come along to our Research IT Costing Clinic on the 12th of December to find out more.

The clinic consists of a short overview of the services available from Research IT including the research infrastructure and research software engineering teams. There will also be examples of our services being incorporated into research projects across the university. The rest of the session will be given over to attendees to discuss their research, to ask questions about how Research IT can be involved and what skills we can contribute to your research.

Remember that it is important that you talk to us before you include any of our services on your grant application otherwise we may not be able to help! This session is also a great way for new researchers to find out what services we offer.

The costing clinic will be held at 10am on the 12th of December and we would be grateful if you could register for the event. Registration is open until the start of the meeting.

If you are unable to make this clinic, the next one will be on the 17th of January. However you can contact us at any time to discuss your research grant application.
