All our services can be requested through Connect, the University support portal.
The easiest way to get in touch is to find the service you require on our service page and use the link provided in the 'Contact' section. This will ensure that your query is delivered straight to the correct service team who will be able to help.

Computational Resources

Subscribe to our newsletter
We publish a round up of all our service news, case studies, training events and updates from the CaDiR special interest and user groups every month. Arrange a chat
We strongly encourage everyone to use the relevant Connect form for their queries as this is the quickest way to receive a response.
However if you have a complex enquiry you can email us and we’ll get in touch to arrange a chat but there will be a delay in receiving a response.
Enquiries regarding costing for research grant applications should be sent several weeks before the grant deadline wherever possible to ensure a response in time. If you require costings for more than one service please fill in the form for the main costing you need, outline the other requirements and our teams will co-ordinate things for you.
There are dedicated request forms for Research Software Engineering funding queries , Research Platform (including HPC and hardware) funding queries and Edge compute whilst Research Data Storage funding queries can be raised as 'Other RDS'.
