In July of last year we announced the landmark of "5000 computational years" reached by our Condor Pool: This is just an update to let you know that we are about to burst through another 1000 year barrier, reaching 6000 computational years of research results for UoM's research community.

This good news goes alongside the recent announcement of the latest instantiation of the Computational Shared Facility – CSF3 – reaching its 1 million jobs run, consuming some 5700 years of computation.
