Large Data Image Reconstruction and Visualisation - Turing Summer School

Collaborative Computational Project in Tomographic Imaging (ccpi.ac.uk) includes a dedicated team of Software Engineers focusing, through development of a Core Imaging Library (CIL), to provide the UK tomography community with a toolbox of algorithms that increases the quality and level of information that can be extracted.

The CCPi is pleased to announce the two-day training course "Large Data Image Reconstruction and Visualisation - Turing Summer School" is open for registration. The summer school will take place on the 11th - 12th of June and is co-located with the Advances in X-ray CT Workshop. It benefits from specific sponsorship from the Alan Turing Institute and CCPi.

The two day course will describe, through different software frameworks, the image reconstruction process, focussing on tomography, but includes the generic image processing pipeline including data loading, preprocessing, reconstruction, postprocessing and visualisation. For full details please see the summer school website.

Please note that the workshop is being reviewed on a weekly basis due to the current ongoing situation.
