Are you on board Dropbox for Business?

Dropbox for Business, our external file sharing service is arriving soon, stopover and find out what’s on offer and how to get on board.


IT Services are bringing you Dropbox for Business in October which will you give you a secure external collaborative space to share and work on files of any size or type. It’s free, fast and easy to use. Files can be accessed from anywhere and from any device whether that’s the web, desktop or mobile device.

You can also collaborate with external people even if they don’t have a paid Dropbox account. You can add them to a shared folder if they have Dropbox Basic or send them folders or file links without having an account at all.

Get on board

If you think Dropbox for Business is for you and you want to get on board, request the service online and accept the terms and conditions including the Dropbox information handling guidelines.

If you’re a seasoned user of Dropbox and want to change to the University’s service, you will still need to request the service online first.

For postgraduate research students who want to sign up to the University Dropbox for Business service or have already requested it, we will review access on a case by case basis.
