Upgrades to Research Explorer

Find out about the latest upgrade to Research Explorer and what it means for researchers at the University.

The Research Lifecycle Programme are pleased to announce that the upgrade to Research Explorer, the University’s research profile platform has now taken place. As part of this upgrade, you may notice some temporary degradation on Research Explorer whilst the upgrade is configured. We hope to minimise this disruption as much as possible.

Thank you to everyone who took part in our preview and provided feedback, we have compiled a selection of feedback into our You Said, We Did document.

What do I need to do?

You do not need to take any action as part of the upgrade. Your profile has automatically updated, and your existing data has now transferred. You can continue to manage your research profile as you do now.

You may wish, however, to use this opportunity to review your existing profile and ensure it is up to date and/or review the updated training and guidance materials on the Pure website which covers the new functionality available (including Fingerprinting and configuring the UN SDG tags).

How can I access support for this upgrade?
